In 2016, Russell and his wife Brooke founded Hippo Realty, with Brooke serving as managing broker and bringing over 14 years of experience. Russell officially joined the team in 2020 and earned his Broker’s license in 2025. Together, they’ve built a reputation for putting clients first and guiding buyers and sellers with confidence through every step of the process.

Russell specializes in residential, commercial, and investment real estate, but his passion is helping home buyers find the right fit.
